Full Paper Submissions
The final paper submission deadline is 29 February 2024.
The proceedings are the official citable document that will be uploaded to IEEE Xplore, and submitted to Web of Science and Scopus databases. The proceedings is the official record of your contribution to SAUS 2024 in the form of full papers. Abstracts are not uploaded to IEEE Xplore. Submission of proceedings is expected but not mandatory.
All submitted articles will undergo plagiarism and pre-screen checks in accordance with IEEE policy.
Paper Specifications
The minimum expected proceedings length is 2 pages (excluding references). Overlength charges of $125/page apply to articles beyond 4 pages in length (including references).

Generate an IEEE Xplore-compatible manuscript using PDF Xpress
All final manuscripts must be generated using the PDF Xpress tool.
To generate the IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF file of your paper, follow these steps:
- Create your IEEE PDF eXpress account: https://ieee-pdf-express.org/
- Conference ID: 61785X
- The first time you access the system, please follow the link “new user”. Please note that in order to access the service, you need to allow the use of cookies from the PDF eXpress website. Once registered as a new user, upload the source file (containing your paper) for conversion.
- Receive by e-mail the IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF of your paper.
Upload your Xplore-compatible PDF manuscript to EDAS
- Log in at http://edas.info
- Select the “My Papers” tab
- Select the paper title you wish to upload the manuscript for to be directed to the paper record
- Specify the presenter and complete the presenter’s biography form
- You will be asked to complete the electronic copyright form before uploading your manuscript
- You will also be asked to insert your registration code before uploading your manuscript. Please insert the last 5 digits of your Order ID from your registration confirmation.
- Upload your manuscript
Conference Registration
All accepted abstracts, regardless of if you have submitted a full paper will be required to have one author registered for the conference to present your work. 1 registration can cover up to 2 abstracts.
The registration deadline is 29 February 2024.
