Presenting authors should complete their registration by Thursday, February 29, 2024.
Lecture Presentations
Lecture presentations for contributed talks will be a total of 15 minutes long (12 minutes for presentation + 3 minutes for Q&A). For invited talks, the presentations will be 30 minutes (25 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A). Authors should bring their PPT presentation on a USB drive. Authors will need to upload their slides to the presentation laptop in their session room in the morning or during one of the tea/coffee/lunch breaks prior to their session.
Be warned that movies embedded in the presentations are not guaranteed to be played. In addition, avoid using fonts that are not present in the Windows operating system.
Speakers should arrive in their session room 15 minutes BEFORE the start of their session to report to the Session Chair.
The projectors are designed for 16:9 presentations so the authors are encouraged to prepare their presentations with that proportion.

VIRTUAL: If all the authors are attending virtually, we will play back your pre-recorded video during the live lecture session. If you have any colleagues onsite that can participate in the live Q&A, that is preferable. Otherwise, we will have an option for the virtual presenter to connect to the session via Zoom and answer questions after their video is played.
Poster Presentations
Poster sessions will take place on March 28 and 29. Each poster presenter is assigned to present on a specific day.
The poster time slots are as follows:
Thursday, March 28: 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Friday, March 29: 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Poster sessions will entail 1.5-minute flash talks followed by interactions near the posters. Flash talks will require a visual aid, i.e., a PowerPoint ppt with 1-2 slides. Authors should bring their PPT presentation on a USB drive. Authors will need to upload their slides to the presentation laptop in their flash talk session room in the morning or during one of the tea/coffee/lunch breaks prior to their poster session.
Authors are required to print their own poster (up to 4 ft. wide by 3 ft. tall in landscape format) and are responsible for hanging up their poster before the start of the session and removing them after the session ends.
Each poster board onsite will be marked with a number that directly correlates with each poster in the program. Please place your poster on the assigned board. Pins and/or tape will be provided.
VIRTUAL: If you are a virtual poster presenter, we highly recommend having a colleague print your poster and hang it for you. If you can have a proxy presenter onsite to discuss your poster in person, this would be preferable. There is not a live poster session for virtual presenters; you will need to check your presentation within the CONFlux platform to monitor questions.
